1. फ्री ट्रायल और सदस्यता
प्रत्येक नए स्कूल को पंजीकरण पर 1 महीने का फ्री ट्रायल दिया जाता है। ट्रायल अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद, सेवाओं को जारी रखने के लिए निर्धारित शुल्क का भुगतान करना अनिवार्य होगा।
2. खाते की जिम्मेदारी
स्कूल एडमिन अपने लॉगिन क्रेडेंशियल की सुरक्षा के लिए जिम्मेदार है। आपके स्कूल आईडी से जुड़े किसी भी डेटा लीक या गतिविधि के लिए स्कूल प्रबंधन उत्तरदायी होगा।
3. डेटा गोपनीयता (Data Privacy)
हम छात्रों, शिक्षकों और फीस के डेटा की गोपनीयता का सम्मान करते हैं। SignLog आपका डेटा किसी भी बाहरी कंपनी को विज्ञापन या किसी अन्य उद्देश्य के लिए नहीं बेचता है।
4. सेवा निलंबन (Account Block)
भुगतान में देरी या नियमों के उल्लंघन की स्थिति में, सुपर एडमिन के पास स्कूल का खाता ब्लॉक करने का पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

SignLog is a comprehensive School Management SaaS. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Free Trial & Subscription
All newly registered schools are entitled to a 1-month free trial. Post-trial, access to the dashboard and management tools will require a subscription renewal via the Super Admin.
2. Admin Responsibility
The school administrator is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account. Any data modification, student entry, or financial record-keeping is the responsibility of the school management.
3. Data Usage & Security
We ensure that student records, teacher information, and financial logs are stored securely. We do not share or sell school-specific data to third-party entities.
4. Service Termination
The Super Admin reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the SignLog platform in case of non-payment or misuse of system resources.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the legal jurisdiction of Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
